All orders from our US online jewelry store are shipped from Portland, Oregon right across the USA and internationally.

Shipping is free within the United States for all orders of $20 or more - yay!

Delivery costs

Within the USA:

Orders of $20 or more ship free in the USA. Free shipping is USPS First Class for orders up to $99 (2-5 days). Orders of $100 or more are shipped for free by USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days).

Orders under $20 have a $3 shipping cost for USPS First Class.

International shipping:

We're more than happy to deliver your order internationally (outside of the USA).

Note that for delivery in Australia you'll probably be better off shopping in our Australian jewellery store as shipping will be faster and cheaper.

Shipping costs to Canada start from US$16 by USPS First Class International and you can choose to upgrade to faster methods using USPS or UPS.

For all other countries costs start from US$23 for USPS First Class International and you can choose to upgrade as above.

Turnaround time

We aim to get orders out as quickly as we can. Allow up to 24 hours on business days for your order to be sent, especially at busy times of the year. However, orders placed by early afternoon PST on business days are often sent the same day.

If you place an order outside of business hours (9-5, Monday to Friday) it will be sent the following business day.

Once your order is shipped we will send you a confirmation email, including a tracking number when available.

If there is a delay in shipping your order for any reason we will contact you.

Delivery time in the United States

Our orders are sent from Portland, Oregon.

USPS First Class shipping (free for orders $20-$99) usually takes 2-5 business days. USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 days (free for all orders over $100).

You can also choose to upgrade to a variety of faster shipping methods during checkout, including UPS Next Day Air.

Upgrading is always a good idea if you need your order for a looming deadline.

International delivery time

Our orders are sent from Portland, Oregon in the USA to customers around the world.

Note that for delivery in Australia you'll most likely be better off using our Australian jewellery store as shipping will be faster and cheaper.

Delivery to Canada will generally take around 5-12 business days using USPS First Class International, but you can choose to upgrade to a faster delivery method when you checkout, including next day.

Shipping to other developed countries will generally take 1-3 weeks using USPS First Class International. You can also choose to upgrade to faster delivery during checkout, with the shortest delivery timeframe being 2-5 business days.

Jewelry packaging

Almost all of our orders are posted in sturdy mailing boxes.

Small non-jewelry items such as polishing cloths, ring sizing kits or earring backs may be posted in padded envelopes, unless they are purchased with jewelry products.

Jewelry packaging: recycled gift boxes with care and cleaning instructions.

Each piece of jewelry you order will come packaged in its own lovely padded jewelry box (see image).

These boxes are made from 100% recycled card which is covered in matte charcoal coloured paper, which is also recycled. The lid of each box features our logo printed in soft pink metallic foil.

Not only do these make perfect packaging for gifts, they're a great place to store your sterling silver and gold jewelry to help keep it free from tarnish and dust.

Each jewelry gift box also includes a jewellery display card which has basic care instructions on the back, along with a link to more detailed care and cleaning information.

Sending gifts directly

We're more than happy to ship your order directly to your gift recipient. Pretty handy, huh?

You can enter a different delivery name and address to your billing details and can indicate that this is a gift being sent directly to the recipient when you checkout. 

When checking out you can also include text for a note to be sent along with your order. This will be printed on the packing slip included with the order.

We don't include invoices or receipts with our orders and the price paid for each item is not recorded on the packing slip.

Each jewelry piece your order will come ready packaged in its own lovely gift box and is accompanied by care instructions.

Missing deliveries

If your order has been sent and has not within its expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the issue. Particularly if your order has been sent using USPS First Class, you should allow a couple of extra days for it to arrive.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods

We do our very best to avoid such problems, but if the items you purchased are damaged, faulty or we've made an error, please refer to the returns and exchanges page for details - and accept our humble apologies.

Customs and import duties

If your order is being sent outside of the USA it's possible it may be subject to local customs and import duties.

This is beyond our control and we are not able to provide advice as to what the situation is in your country as each place is different and the rules can change.
